Purpose:
· Align on purpose of March 10 training
- Deliver a well-structured, hands-on training day that ensures all participating instructors and consortium partners can confidently operate, teach with, and and care for the Mobile Learning Lab.
· Primary Audiences:
o MLL Trainers / Field Operators:
§ These are the core stewards of the Mobile Learning Lab—responsible for both technical operation and public-facing engagement.
o Career Ambassadors / Job Pathway Guides
§ These individuals complement the core trainers by covering the breadth of energy careers, especially non-line-tech positions.
· Shared Learning Outcomes (Both Groups)
o Represent WEWC with professionalism and enthusiasm
o Understand the purpose of the MLL and its role in Wisconsin workforce development
o Deliver a consistent, high-quality student experience
o Follow all safety, engagement, and documentation protocols
o Communicate when and how to request support or report issues
